How we calculate it
- Money that comes in late per month = students × % who pay late × monthly fee
- Late money owed to you on average = money that comes in late per month × days late ÷ 30
- Money that never comes in per month = students × % who never pay × monthly fee
- Over a year = money that never comes in per month × 12
Late payers and non-payers are separate groups. We don't add late fees or payment processing fees.
Where the example values come from
- 80 students, 30 % paying late, 5 % never paying and 15 days late: example values. Yours come from your list of overdue students.
- Monthly fee: ARS 50,000 or US$150 depending on the currency, as an example. We didn't find a reliable public average of academy fees (checked on 10/14/2026): enter yours.
