Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You create your academy and try DojoTally free for 14 days, no card needed. When it ends you choose a plan; with 10 active students or fewer you can stay on the Free plan.
What counts as an active student?
A student with a current plan at your academy. Students who left, leads who haven't enrolled yet and outside shop buyers don't count.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can move up any time. To move down, your active students have to fit in the new plan: you can't switch to a plan whose limit is below your current active students.
What happens if I go over my student limit?
On the Free plan the 10 active student limit is firm: you can't add an 11th student until you move to a paid plan. If someone signs up through your public form, they're kept as a lead and we let you know. On paid plans, if your active students go over the plan's limit, we notify you 7 days ahead and you move to the next plan at the next charge.
Does DojoTally take a commission on payments?
No. You only pay for your plan. Payments go straight to your MercadoPago account, which charges its usual fee; DojoTally keeps nothing of what you collect.
Do you charge to move my students over from another system?
No, if your current system lets you export your data (Excel, CSV or Google Sheets) or you keep it in a spreadsheet: then migration is free. If it's on paper or your system doesn't export, write to us and we'll look at it. See how the switch works or compare DojoTally with other options.
