Levels instead of belts

No MMA belts, but a clear path for beginners

You mark which classes work as a first class and which are for advanced students or the fight team. Only the first kind are offered as trial classes: nobody who's never trained ends up in Friday sparring.

Plans

An unlimited plan, a striking-only plan, a grappling-only plan

You build plans the way you sell them: by discipline, combined or unlimited, monthly or quarterly. Dues are generated automatically, paid with MercadoPago or Stripe, and anyone who falls behind gets a reminder on WhatsApp. When you change a class time, you message only the people in that discipline.

Check-in

Walk in, scan the card, and they're on the roster

Every student has a digital member card with a QR code. They scan it at the tablet by the door (or enter their PIN) and they're checked in to the right class. If their monthly fee is overdue, the screen tells them right there, so you don't have to stop them yourself.

  • You decide what happens with students who owe: just a heads-up, or no check-in
  • Class packs are deducted at check-in
  • Member cards can be revoked and reissued

People who message an MMA gym are rarely starting from zero. The agent gets where they're coming from and offers the right class.

The agent recognizes the discipline they're asking about, even if they call it "thai boxing" or "Brazilian jiu jitsu", and replies with your real schedule for that discipline. With several classes at the same time, it doesn't answer with the whole schedule: it answers with what's useful to that person.

Questions from MMA gyms

Do I need belts to use DojoTally?

No. Promotions are optional and set per discipline: you can use belts for jiu jitsu and nothing at all for MMA or boxing.

Can I have two classes at the same time?

Yes, in different rooms. Each room has its name and a default class cap, and if you schedule two classes at the same time in the same room, the system lets you know.

Can I charge striking-only students a different price?

Yes. Plans are built by discipline or combined, and each student pays for their own. On the dashboard you see how many active students you have on each plan.

How does the agent know which class to offer?

It looks at your real schedule and only offers the classes you marked as beginner-friendly, in the discipline they're asking about. Sparring and fight team training never show up as trial classes. If your gym also does muay thai or jiu jitsu, check out those pages.
